The Journey Behind Earth & Moon
2016 — Nursing
I became a Registered Nurse to care for others, but quickly witnessed how common burnout really is—long hours, emotional exhaustion, and people expected to keep going while depleted.
It gave me clinical insight into health, and a deeper awareness that many caregivers are running on empty.
Motherhood
Becoming a mother of two deepened this understanding in a personal way.
Alongside love and growth came exhaustion, overstimulation, and a loss of identity I wasn’t prepared for.
It became clear: you cannot pour from an empty place and expect to feel okay.
A Shift
This led me to explore plant medicine, holistic coaching, and nervous system support—not as a trend, but as a necessity.
I wasn’t looking for perfection. I was looking for regulation, presence, and a way back to myself.
Over time, I learned how to slow down, listen inward, and stop ignoring what I needed.

Earth & Moon was created from that shift.
