I’m a Registered Nurse and Certified Holistic Practitioner—and I know what it feels like to give everything to everyone else while losing yourself in the process.

I’ve lived the burnout. The exhaustion. The disconnection.
The feeling of moving through life on autopilot, knowing something needs to change—but not knowing where to start.

That’s what led me to this work.

I don’t believe wellness is about managing symptoms or adding more to your to-do list.
It’s about learning how to support your body, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself in a way that actually fits your life.

My work is devoted to supporting women—especially nurses, mothers, and caregivers—who are carrying a lot and are ready to stop running on empty.

Through a combination of:

  • nervous system support

  • boundary work

  • spiritual practices

  • and herbal & plant medicine curated with intention

I help you move out of survival mode and start creating a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and yours.

This work is honest. It’s not surface-level.
And it requires your participation.

Earth & Moon Holistic Wellness was created as a space for that shift—
a space where you can reconnect with your rhythm, your energy, and the version of yourself that’s been buried under responsibility and burnout.

You don’t need more information.
You need support, structure, and a different way of showing up for yourself.

If you’re ready to stop feeling stuck and start making real changes, this is your next step.

Start with a clarity session.
We’ll look at where you are, what’s keeping you there, and what it will take to move forward.

From there, I’ll guide you into the level of support you need.

My work is grounded in both clinical experience as a Registered Nurse and a holistic, whole-person approach. This allows me to support you in a way that is both intentional and responsible.

For those who feel called, I incorporate herbal and plant medicine as a complementary support—never as a replacement for medical care, but as a way to reconnect you with your body and support your overall well-being.

Everything offered within this space is rooted in care, thoughtful assessment, and respect for your individual needs.

If you’re not ready to change, don’t book.

But if you are—
I’ll meet you there.
