The Journey Behind Earth & Moon

2016 — Entering Nursing
Beginning my career as a Registered Nurse deepened my commitment to caring for others and expanded my understanding of health through a clinical lens. It also revealed the emotional and physical demands placed on caregivers and the importance of sustainable wellness.

Motherhood — A Shift in Perspective
Becoming a mother of two reshaped how I approached health within my own home in ways I hadn’t anticipated. Alongside the joy and growth came challenges many mothers quietly navigate — moments of loneliness, disrupted sleep, and the profound shift in identity that comes with caring for others so deeply. These experiences brought awareness to how essential it is to nurture not only our families, but ourselves.

Wanting to support my household in intentional and sustainable ways led me to explore plant medicine, nutrition, and grounded lifestyle practices rooted in prevention and balance. What began as a personal effort to care for my family also became a pathway toward reconnecting with my own well-being — learning to restore, center, and listen more closely to my body and intuition.

Earth & Moon was born from the desire to share these practices with others walking similar paths — particularly women, mothers, and nurses seeking alignment and authenticity. Today, the work continues to evolve as a bridge between clinical awareness and earth-centered care, rooted in compassion, intention, and community.

Earth & Moon Holistic Wellness exists to hold space for women — especially mothers and nurses — to reconnect with their authentic nature through grounded, holistic care. Rooted in earth-based practices and guided by cyclical awareness, the brand nurtures restoration, self-trust, and wholeness through ritual, herbal wisdom, and intentional self-care. It honors both the caregiver and the individual, supporting a return to balance, embodiment, and inner alignment.
