2016 — Entering Nursing
Beginning my career as a Registered Nurse deepened my commitment to caring for others and expanded my understanding of health through a clinical lens. It also revealed the emotional and physical demands placed on caregivers and the importance of sustainable wellness.

Motherhood — A Shift in Perspective
Becoming a mother of two reshaped how I approached health within my own home in ways I hadn’t anticipated. Alongside the joy and growth came challenges many mothers quietly navigate — moments of loneliness, disrupted sleep, and the profound shift in identity that comes with caring for others so deeply. These experiences brought awareness to how essential it is to nurture not only our families, but ourselves.

Wanting to support my household in intentional and sustainable ways led me to explore plant medicine, nutrition, and grounded lifestyle practices rooted in prevention and balance. What began as a personal effort to care for my family also became a pathway toward reconnecting with my own well-being — learning to restore, center, and listen more closely to my body and intuition.
